The financial market of Uzbekistan has been closed for foreign investors for a long time and its development has been significantly limited. The country has now adopted a development strategy until 2021 that presupposes the securities market growth, fostering a competitive environment in the country, and boosting the region’s attractiveness for international cooperation.

In 2018, after 10 years, Cbonds successfully returned to Uzbekistan business events market. The second international conference on the Republic’s capital market will be held in Tashkent and will bring together representatives of regulators, local banks, investment companies, manufacturing enterprises, as well as international financial institutions, rating agencies, infrastructure companies.
