Hotel Accommodation Information

Please note that the participation fee does not include hotel accommodation.

We kindly ask you to book your rooms in advance.

Special accommodation rates are available for conference participants at the Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan, the venue of the event, for stays between March 18 – 22.

Room Categories & Rates:

• Classic (Ararat Wing) – 35,000 AMD (single) / 45,000 AMD (double)
• Superior (Main Wing) – 39,000 AMD (single) / 49,000 AMD (double)

Rates are per room, per night, inclusive of 20% VAT and breakfast.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 12:00 PM

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation is available until March 5, 2025.
• Cancellations made after March 6, 2025, will result in a full charge for the entire stay.

Payment Policy:

• 100% prepayment will be charged within 5 days after March 5, 2025.
• Payment can be made via an approved Marriott credit card authorization form or a prepayment invoice.

Additional Terms:

• A credit card is required upon check-in as a booking guarantee.
• The organizing company must inform guests about cancellation and payment policies.
• Unused reservations will be canceled after midnight on the day of arrival, with the full cost charged.
