Aydin Dauletbak has more than 20 years of experience in the financial market. In 2022, he was appointed Director of the Securities Market Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market. He began working in the financial market regulation system as a Chief specialist and Head of Consolidated supervision and Risk management systems Division (2004 - 2007), Head of Regulation methodology Division (2008 - 2011). From 2016 to 2021 he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. Over the years, he worked in project financing of the Eurasian Development Bank, in asset management of Samruk-Kazyna Finance, and held senior positions in private financial companies. Aydin Dauletbak graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov, has an MBA degree from the Master's Degree of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, as well as a Master's degree in Project Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Свою трудовую деятельность начал в сфере международной торговли в 1990 году. В финансовом секторе с 1994 года. За это время работал в правлениях и советах директоров крупнейших коммерческих банков Казахстана (Казкоммерцбанк/Qazkom, Халык/Halyk, ТуранАлем/BTA, Каспийский/Kaspi, Сбербанк России в Казахстане/Bereke), руководил расположенными в Алматы дочерними компаниями инвестиционных банков (Deutsche Bank, Тройка Диалог), был заместителем Национального банка и вице-министром финансов Республики Казахстан, возглавлял Ассоциацию финансистов Казахстана и филиал российского рейтингового агентства АКРА. Farkhad Kuanganov is a Lead Manager of academic excellence projects at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan with 27 years of experience in working on governance reforms in various sectors of public and local government, including strategic planning, civil service system, project management in fields of education and science, healthcare, political activities. Now, he is the Head of the Project Office of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coordinator of a group of projects for the creation of Centers of Academic Excellence on the basis of regional and pedagogical universities, National Universities Ranking, national law elaboration for endowment funds, regional standards for the national qualification system managing and advanced personnel training, development of the startup movement in the higher education. As well Mr.Kuanganov took part in the elaboration of the first long-term national strategy “Kazakhstan-2030”, the Kazakhstani model of civil service, the program of vocational education development. He had led the project of world-class university creation in Astana (today Nazarbayev University), as well as the creation of a system of gifted children and youth support “El Umiti” (“Hope of the Nation”). He is the author of the youth upbringing program “Elbasy Medal”, an analogue of the “The Duke Edinburgh’s Award” program, as well as the developer of a new open model of science for Kazakhstan.
