Konstantin Vasilyev has been with Cbonds since 2005. He currently holds a position of Department Head and a Partner with the company. His responsibilities include: providing leadership and developing strategy of his department; developing the business area of Cbonds associated with news coverage of fixed income markets; presenting the company's services at conferences and meetings with potential partners and clients; setting goals for the IT department; controlling implementation of sales plans and meeting other targets. In 2003, he graduated from St. Petersburg State University (SPSU), Department of Economic Cybernetics, Faculty of Economics; majored as "Mathematical Economist". In 2007 he completed post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, majoring in "Mathematical and Instrumental Methods of Economics". Konstantin holds a PhD in Economics; thesis: "Economic and Mathematical Modelling of Financial Bubbles in the Stock Market."

Sergey Lyalin started working in the securities market as bond analyst in IC Deviz in 1995. In 1997 he joined IC Energocapital (worked there as Client Relations Manager and then as Head of Marketing Research). In 2000, he organized the Internet portal Cbonds.Ru. He has been CEO of Cbonds.ru LLC since 2001. Under the leadership of Sergey Lyalin Cbonds News Agency has become the leading source of information on the Russian and CIS bond market. He started publishing Cbonds Review magazine in 2006 and was its Editor-in-Chief in 2006-2007. He is the author of Corporate Bonds: Global Experience and Russian Prospects (2001) and a number of articles on the securities market. Sergey Lyalin graduated from St. Petersburg University, Department of Economics (a diploma of economist - mathematician). Holds a PhD in Economics. Finished Executive MBA at Graduate School of Management (GSOM) at Saint-Petersburg State University in 2018.

Alexey has extensive experience in origination and execution of ruble bonds transactions on the local debt capital market and has worked with corporates, banks and municipals. Joined Gazprombank in October 2012, heading up capital markets, with job duties including work on primary and secondary capital markets, and since early 2016 on conversion and money markets and structured products markets; organizing work on equity research and brokerage servicing of client deals, successfully managing and coordinating the tasks of over 100 of the Bank’s employees in Moscow, Hong Kong and Cyprus. Before joining Gazprombank, Denis Shulakov worked at Barclays Bank from 2003 through 2012 in London, where he built and headed up the Investment Banking Department for operations on the Russian market, and subsequently for operations involving state clients in Russia and CIS countries. Under Denis’s leadership, the Bank achieved the best eurobond performance in Russia in 2010. Denis Shulakov has participated in over 100 eurobond placements by Russian issuers, including those by the Finance Ministry in 1996, 2010, and 2013. From 1999 through 2003, he worked as General Representative of Sistema in London and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intourist Limited. Mr. Shulakov has 10 years of experience in diplomatic service in London, New York and Istanbul, and also held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia. He was appointed member of the BoD of Moscow Exchange in 2016.
