The capital market of Uzbekistan is entering a new stage of development. Over the past year, the country has introduced significant regulatory reforms, expanded opportunities for corporate bond issuance, launched the first securitisation transactions, strengthened its framework for attracting international investment, and accelerated the adoption of innovative financial instruments. At the same time, Uzbekistan is actively developing Islamic finance, digital assets, and tokenisation while positioning itself as an emerging financial hub in Central Asia.

The Cbonds International Conference "Capital Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan" will bring together regulators, issuers, institutional and international investors, commercial banks, investment firms, financial market infrastructure institutions, and international financial organisations to discuss the key trends shaping the country's capital market.
