PREQVECA INTERNATIONAL VC&PE FORUM is an exclusive event aimed to bring together global investment funds, law and advisory companies, corporations and family offices, private investors and entrepreneurs.

The forum covers the main topics of the market, such as:

- Investing within the current macroeconomic and geopolitical environment. Heads of leading global asset-managing companies will speak about investment strategies and methods for managing their portfolios for the coming months and years.

- Structuring and implementation of M&A-Tech deals. Speakers will discuss the trends in the global M&A-Tech market, the most common deal breakers, choice of jurisdiction for resolving corporate disputes and launching an investment fund.

- Tax trends 2023-2025 and their impact on the market. The topic includes innovations in the tax sphere, the role of the tax advisor in the deal, and the protection of the investor from tax risks.

- Investments in innovation and venture capital. In the context of low valuations, high volatility and a generally more pessimistic outlook for the venture capital market, speakers will discuss what a successful approach for an investor might look like in this new environment of high uncertainty.

- The gaming industry. Can this asset class truly offer investors loss protection and capital preservation while generating returns that outperform investment-grade stocks?

The forum is aimed at all market participants, including:

- global investors of all types;
- law and advisory companies;
- corporations;
- family offices;
- entrepreneurs.
