Special Accommodation Rates for Conference Participants

Please note that the conference registration fee does not include hotel accommodation.

Conference participants can take advantage of special accommodation rates for stays from October 6 to October 10, 2026. We recommend booking your room in advance, as the number of rooms available at the special rates is limited and subject to availability.

The resort offers 222 Classic Rooms and suites with picturesque views of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. Set within an expansive 54-hectare property, the hotel features its own lake, rich flora and fauna, and beautiful birch and pine groves.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

Rates are non-commissionable. All rates are quoted in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) and include 16% VAT.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM

Early check-in before 3:00 PM can be guaranteed by booking the room from the previous night.

Late check-out is subject to room availability and hotel occupancy.

• Buffet breakfast at The Quarter restaurant
• Complimentary access to Purovel Spa & Sport, including the hammam, Finnish sauna, and swimming pool
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Tea and coffee-making facilities in every room

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay.

Payment Policy

A 100% prepayment is required to guarantee the reservation.

If advance payment is not possible, the payment method should be agreed with the hotel when making the reservation.
