Mrs. Ainabayeva was invited for the position of Deputy Chairman of SkyBridge Invest in July 2013. Her previous position was a Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Kazkommerts Securities” (Subsidiary Company of JSC “KazkommertsBank”) during 2005-2013. She also worked for such companies as JSC “KazkommertsBank”, JSC “Kcell”, JSC “RG Securities”. Mrs. Ainabayeva was a Member of the Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and a Member of the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository. Mrs. Ainabayeva graduated from the Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute.

Аскар Елемесов является выпускником экономического факультета МГУ им. Ломоносова (Москва) и школы бизнеса Вашингтонского университета в Сент-Луисе (Сент-Луис, США). Свою трудовую деятельность начал в сфере международной торговли в 1990 году. В финансовом секторе с 1994 года. За это время работал в правлениях и советах директоров крупнейших коммерческих банков Казахстана (Казкоммерцбанк/Qazkom, Халык/Halyk, ТуранАлем/BTA, Каспийский/Kaspi, Сбербанк России в Казахстане/Bereke), руководил расположенными в Алматы дочерними компаниями инвестиционных банков (Deutsche Bank, Тройка Диалог), был заместителем Национального банка и вице-министром финансов Республики Казахстан, возглавлял Ассоциацию финансистов Казахстана и филиал российского рейтингового агентства АКРА. Также начиная с 2000 года избирался как представителем акционеров, так и независимым директором в советы директоров таких крупных эмитентов, как Самрук, НАК «Казатомпром», «КазМунайГаз», «Казпочта», Банк Развития Казахстана, Казахстанская жилищная компания, НУХ «КазАгро», ФРП «Даму», равно как и важнейших системообразующих институтов рынка капиталов, как KASE (Казахстанская фондовая биржа), ЕНПФ (Единый накопительный пенсионный фонд), Единый регистратор ценных бумаг (в данное время – Центральный депозитарий). В настоящее время является председателем экспертного совета Definition, крупнейшей в Центральной Азии компании по финансовым коммуникациям и отношениям с инвесторами (definition.city) и независимым директором в АО «ЕНПФ», KASE и в Банке Развития Казахстана.

Konstantin Saroyan is a Secretary General of the Federation of Euro-Asian Capital Markets, where he manages multi-cultural environment of a variety of member stock exchanges and central securities depositories covering Europe, Asia and Mediterranean Basin. As a Board member of Armenian Institute of Directors Konstantin is contributing his energy and knowledge for the development of corporate governance in the region. Konstantin is also a Board Member of the Fund for Rural Economic Development of Armenia and ETS Commodity exchange. He is a member of Angel Investors Club in Armenia and acting as a mentor for various fintech projects in Armenia. Konstantin holds Doctor of Economics degree and is an adjunct Professor at French University of Armenia Foundation. He also graduated from INSEAD International Directors Program.
