Standard check-in time is 2 pm, check-out is 12 pm.
If you pay on the spot and you plan to check in after 2 pm, you must call the reception and notify the hotel about the exact time of arrival, otherwise the room will be canceled.

Terms of payment:

• Payment by card of foreign countries (USD/EUR) or cash in the local currency (ADM).
• You can book and pay for a room using a bank account only by contacting the responsible person for booking by e-mail.

Cancellation conditions:

• cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival time, free of charge
• cancellation less than 24 hours before the arrival time - 100% penalty for the first night of stay

The room in the hotel is considered reserved only after receiving the confirmation with the indication «confirmed».
